Please note that there is no reception in our accommodation and all booking, payment and check-in can be handled easily online.
In your confirmation email you will receive an access code to open the Key-box with your apartment number, where you will find the key to your apartment, which is also the key to the building and the entrance gate, as well as the control device for the entrance gate to the car park.
You can park your vehicle conveniently and safely in front of the building in our private car park. Parking does not need to be reserved in advance and is free of charge.
The control device for the entrance gate is included in the apartment key, which can be found in the key-box when you check in.
Check-in:
Check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Check-in is completely contactless based on the reservation made, filling in the details required for check-in and payment via the payment gateway.
Check-out:
On the day of departure, your apartment should be vacated by 10:00.
If you require a later check-out, please contact us by phone. We will be sure to make arrangements to meet your requirements and other apartment availability.
If you wish to make your little ones and yourself comfortable, we offer the rental of a cot including bed linen for a nominal fee. In case of interest, we will be happy to lend you a highchair, baby bath or toilet adapter free of charge. In this case, please contact us at least two days before your arrival by email or phone.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we would like to inform you that pets are not allowed in the apartments.
